Description

Soft, savory muffins infused with garlic and rosemary, perfect for any meal or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, rosemary, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  6. Divide the dough into muffin tin cups, about 3/4 full.
  7. Let them rise for 20-30 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat before serving.
