Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
- In another bowl, mix flour, rosemary, garlic powder, and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Divide the dough into muffin tin cups, about 3/4 full.
- Let them rise for 20-30 minutes.
- Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat before serving.
