Ingredients
- 2 cups Ritz Bits crackers
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, and salt until well combined.
- Place the Ritz Bits in a separate bowl. Pour the butter mixture over the crackers and toss to coat evenly.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl and toss again to distribute the cheese.
- Spread the coated crackers on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even baking.
- Let the crackers cool completely before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. They can also be frozen for longer storage.
