Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Serve topped with sliced chicken and garnished with parsley.
