Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss to coat.
  7. Serve topped with sliced chicken and garnished with parsley.
