Description

A delicious and comforting meal combining juicy steak bites with creamy pasta in a rich garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

  • Beef steak
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Pasta shells
  • Heavy cream
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Pat the beef cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the seasoned steak cubes to the skillet and sear undisturbed for 2 minutes, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. In a pot of salted water, cook the pasta shells until al dente, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
  5. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until simmering, then whisk in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
  6. Add the drained pasta shells to the Alfredo sauce and toss gently, adding reserved pasta water if too thick.
  7. Spoon the creamy Parmesan shells onto plates and top with the garlic butter steak bites.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider tossing in vegetables like spinach or cherry tomatoes when mixing the pasta with the sauce.
