Ingredients
- Beef steak
- Butter
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Pasta shells
- Heavy cream
- Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Pat the beef cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper. Let sit for 15 minutes.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add the seasoned steak cubes to the skillet and sear undisturbed for 2 minutes, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- In a pot of salted water, cook the pasta shells until al dente, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until simmering, then whisk in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
- Add the drained pasta shells to the Alfredo sauce and toss gently, adding reserved pasta water if too thick.
- Spoon the creamy Parmesan shells onto plates and top with the garlic butter steak bites.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
