Description

Delicious Garlic Butter Steak Bites combine tender beef cubes with rich garlic flavor and creamy pasta for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef steak, cut into small cubes
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb pasta shells
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  2. Add the beef steak cubes to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until the steak is browned on all sides.
  3. While the steak is cooking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. Once the steak is cooked, add the heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta shells into the sauce, mixing well to coat.
  7. Serve the pasta with the garlic butter steak bites on top, garnished with fresh parsley.

For a healthier option, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or broth. Cut steak into even cubes and consider marinating for extra flavor.
