Ingredients
- 1 lb beef steak, cut into small cubes
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb pasta shells
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the beef steak cubes to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until the steak is browned on all sides.
- While the steak is cooking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Once the steak is cooked, add the heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Toss the cooked pasta shells into the sauce, mixing well to coat.
- Serve the pasta with the garlic butter steak bites on top, garnished with fresh parsley.

For a healthier option, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or broth. Cut steak into even cubes and consider marinating for extra flavor.
