A delicious twist on classic cheeseburgers, featuring juicy ground beef and melted cheddar cheese wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the crescent roll dough package instructions.
- In a skillet, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Cook for a few minutes until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Roll out the crescent roll dough on a baking sheet. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture at the wide end of each triangle. Top with cheddar cheese.
- Roll them up and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake according to the crescent roll dough package instructions or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
