Description

A delicious twist on classic cheeseburgers, featuring juicy ground beef and melted cheddar cheese wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the crescent roll dough package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Cook for a few minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Roll out the crescent roll dough on a baking sheet. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture at the wide end of each triangle. Top with cheddar cheese.
  5. Roll them up and place on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake according to the crescent roll dough package instructions or until golden brown.
