- 1 pint blueberries, washed and dried
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Mix honey into yogurt until smooth.
- Gently fold in blueberries, about 12 at a time.
- Lift each berry with a fork, letting the excess yogurt drip off.
- Place the blueberries on a parchment-lined sheet.
- Freeze uncovered for 2 hours.
- Transfer to an airtight container for storage.
- Let sit for 1 minute before eating.
