  • 1 pint blueberries, washed and dried
  • 2 tablespoons honey


Instructions

  1. Mix honey into yogurt until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in blueberries, about 12 at a time.
  3. Lift each berry with a fork, letting the excess yogurt drip off.
  4. Place the blueberries on a parchment-lined sheet.
  5. Freeze uncovered for 2 hours.
  6. Transfer to an airtight container for storage.
  7. Let sit for 1 minute before eating.
