Description

A refreshing and fun bowl of piña colada flavors, perfect for sharing and enjoying on sunny days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup white rum
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • Ice as needed to blend and chill
  • Maraschino cherries (for garnish)
  • Pineapple wedges (for garnish)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
  • Optional paper umbrellas (for garnish)
  • Lime slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a high-powered blender, combine the frozen pineapple, coconut cream, white rum, pineapple juice, and a handful of ice. Blend until thick and smooth, adding more ice or juice if necessary to get the perfect slush consistency.
  2. Pour the frozen mixture into a large serving bowl or a hollowed-out pineapple.
  3. Top with maraschino cherries, fresh pineapple wedges, mint sprigs, and any other fun garnishes you like.
  4. Serve with long straws, mini cups, or small ladles for a communal experience.

Notes

Use ripe pineapples for the best flavor and adjust the amount of rum to taste. Add more frozen pineapple or ice for a thicker consistency.
