Instructions
- In a high-powered blender, combine the frozen pineapple, coconut cream, white rum, pineapple juice, and a handful of ice. Blend until thick and smooth, adding more ice or juice if necessary to get the perfect slush consistency.
- Pour the frozen mixture into a large serving bowl or a hollowed-out pineapple.
- Top with maraschino cherries, fresh pineapple wedges, mint sprigs, and any other fun garnishes you like.
- Serve with long straws, mini cups, or small ladles for a communal experience.
Notes
Use ripe pineapples for the best flavor and adjust the amount of rum to taste. Add more frozen pineapple or ice for a thicker consistency.
