Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna in water, drained
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, diced cucumber, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  2. Gently mix the ingredients until well combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice or your favorite herbs. This salad can also be served with whole-grain crackers, lettuce, or in a wrap.
