Description

A bright and colorful dish that combines the natural sweetness of various fruits. Perfect for a refreshing snack, light breakfast, or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries (halved)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 kiwis (peeled & sliced)
  • 1 orange (peeled & segmented)
  • 1 peach (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon or orange juice


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, kiwis, orange slices, and peach.
  2. In a small cup, whisk together honey and lemon (or orange) juice to make a light dressing.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.
  4. Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for extra freshness.

Notes

For an extra touch of flavor and color, add some mint leaves on top. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
