Description

A fun and delicious treat combining Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey with chewy tapioca pearls, perfect for parties or as a unique dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup tapioca pearls
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: whipped cream for topping


Instructions

  1. Soak the tapioca pearls in a bowl of cold water for a minimum of 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Drain the tapioca pearls using a fine-mesh strainer and rinse them under cold running water.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  4. Add the drained tapioca pearls to the whiskey mixture and gently fold until coated.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the pearls marinate for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve the pearls in small bowls or dessert cups, topped with whipped cream if desired.
