Description
A simple and delicious peach cobbler that requires minimal effort and ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 can of peaches (with juice)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 stick of salted butter
- Optional: cinnamon or nutmeg
- Optional: vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the stick of butter in your baking dish and let it melt in the preheating oven.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, and milk until mostly smooth.
- Pour the melted butter into the dish without stirring.
- Add the canned peaches with their syrup on top of the butter.
- Pour the batter over the peaches without stirring.
- Bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a crispy top, sprinkle a bit of extra sugar over the batter before baking. You can also use any canned fruit or swap the peaches for a different variety.
