Description
A fun and colorful dessert that resembles an aquarium using layers of gelatin and treats.
Ingredients
- 2 boxes blue gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups cold water
- 8-10 vanilla cookies or graham crackers
- Gummy sea creatures
- Optional: whipped cream, mint leaves, sour belts, candy rocks
- Clear plastic cups or jars
Instructions
- Pour boiling water over the blue gelatin in a bowl and stir until completely dissolved.
- Add cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir well. Let it cool for 10-15 minutes.
- Crush the vanilla cookies or graham crackers into fine crumbs.
- Spoon the cookie crumbs into the clear jars or cups, pressing them down to create a layer at the bottom.
- Carefully pour the cooled gelatin mixture into the jars over the cookie layer and chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- Once set, press gummy sea creatures into the gelatin and sprinkle optional candy on top.
- Chill again until fully set. Before serving, add whipped cream and more gummy creatures if desired. Serve chilled with spoons.
