Description

Create beautiful and fragrant aroma stones to fill your home with your favorite scents while adding a charming decor element.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup baking soda
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/31/2 cup water (add gradually)
  • 1020 drops essential oil (lavender, lemon, eucalyptus, or your favorite blend)
  • Optional: natural food coloring or mica powder
  • Silicone molds or small cookie cutters
  • Airtight container or mesh sachets for storage


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the baking soda and cornstarch until well combined.
  2. If desired, stir in a small amount of food coloring or mica powder to achieve your preferred color.
  3. Gradually add water while stirring continuously until the mixture forms a thick, dough-like paste that is firm but pliable.
  4. Add your chosen essential oils and knead the mixture gently to evenly distribute the fragrance throughout the dough.
  5. Press the dough into silicone molds or use your hands or cookie cutters to create desired shapes.
  6. Smooth the tops and clean any edges as needed for a finished look.
  7. Allow the stones to air dry at room temperature for 24–48 hours until they are fully hardened.
  8. Once dry, store your aroma stones in an airtight jar or mesh bag to preserve their scent.
