Ingredients

- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 packet fajita seasoning
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or pepper jack)
- Optional: jalapeno slices
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Layer the shredded chicken, sliced bell peppers, and onion in a casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with fajita seasoning.
- Add dollops of cream cheese over the mixture.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
