Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 packet fajita seasoning
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or pepper jack)
  • Optional: jalapeno slices


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Layer the shredded chicken, sliced bell peppers, and onion in a casserole dish.
  3. Sprinkle with fajita seasoning.
  4. Add dollops of cream cheese over the mixture.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.

Notes
