Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups pecans, toasted
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Chocolate chips, bourbon, or sea salt (for variations)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Add the toasted pecans to the mixture and stir until evenly combined.
- Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the center is just set and jiggles slightly.
