Ingredients
- 12 wonton wrappers
- 12 medium shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 cup shredded lettuce or napa cabbage
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place wonton wrappers in a muffin tin to form cups. Bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
- In a skillet, cook shrimp until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix cooked shrimp with shredded lettuce.
- Spoon the shrimp mixture into the baked wonton cups and serve immediately.
Notes
Best served fresh and warm. You can customize the filling by adding other vegetables like diced cucumbers or bell peppers for extra crunch.
