Ingredients
- 1 cup cream cheese (8 oz), softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cotton candy, torn into pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Additional cotton candy for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth. Fold in the cotton candy pieces gently.
- Form the cream cheese mixture into small balls and chill them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Prepare a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each cheesecake ball in flour, dip them in the beaten eggs, and coat well with breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Fry the cheesecake bombs until they are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Drain the bombs on paper towels and garnish with additional cotton candy before serving. Enjoy!
