Ingredients
- Fresh asparagus spears
- All-purpose flour

- Panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll each asparagus spear in flour.
- Dip the floured asparagus in egg.
