Description

A delicious and hearty dish featuring tender chicken, vibrant broccoli, and a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for a family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 2 cups penne pasta
  • 1.5 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. Cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and broccoli florets to the skillet, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and mix well.
  5. Toss in the cooked penne pasta and combine until everything is coated in the creamy sauce.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes
