Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 2 cups penne pasta
- 1.5 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. Cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and broccoli florets to the skillet, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and mix well.
- Toss in the cooked penne pasta and combine until everything is coated in the creamy sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
