Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until softened.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Pour in heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and paprika.
- Stir until cheese melts and sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta to the beef and sauce. Stir until pasta is coated in creamy mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Use lean ground beef to reduce fat. You can add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra nutrition. Adjust the amount of cheese for a creamier or lighter sauce.
