Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese (full fat or low fat)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Smoked paprika (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment or a silicone mat.
  3. Drop blobs of cottage cheese onto the tray, spreading them out slightly.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, or your choice of spices.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, checking for golden edges.
  6. If desired, bake for a few additional minutes for extra crunch.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
