Ingredients
- Cottage cheese (full fat or low fat)
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Smoked paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking tray with parchment or a silicone mat.
- Drop blobs of cottage cheese onto the tray, spreading them out slightly.
- Season with salt, pepper, or your choice of spices.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, checking for golden edges.
- If desired, bake for a few additional minutes for extra crunch.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
