Ingredients
- Old crayons
- Wax paper
- Parchment paper
Instructions
- Preheat an iron on a low setting.
- Shave or break old crayons into small pieces.
- Place a piece of wax paper on a flat surface.
- Arrange crayon pieces on one half of the wax paper.
- Fold the wax paper over the crayon pieces and place a piece of parchment paper on top.
- Carefully press the hot iron onto the parchment paper until the crayons melt.
- Let it cool, then cut into star shapes.
- Hang on windows to create shiny sun catchers.
Notes
Use an old iron for melting crayons, and consider mixing colors for a vibrant look.
