Description

Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls are a delicious way to repurpose leftover turkey and stuffing into flavorful snacks or appetizers, perfect for gatherings and holiday celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth (if needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded turkey, stuffing mix, cranberry sauce, celery, onion, thyme, salt, pepper, eggs, and parsley.
  3. Mix well until combined. If the mixture is too dry, add chicken broth as needed.
  4. Scoop a portion of the mixture and roll it into a ball, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the balls on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding chopped nuts or dried fruits. Rolling the balls in breadcrumbs before baking can give a crispier texture.
