Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup chicken broth (if needed)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded turkey, stuffing mix, cranberry sauce, celery, onion, thyme, salt, pepper, eggs, and parsley.
- Mix well until combined. If the mixture is too dry, add chicken broth as needed.
- Scoop a portion of the mixture and roll it into a ball, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding chopped nuts or dried fruits. Rolling the balls in breadcrumbs before baking can give a crispier texture.
