Delicious blend of seafood and creamy cheese nestled inside warm, crusty Italian bread, perfect for sharing.
Ingredients
- 1 loaf of crusty Italian bread
- 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, cream cheese, mozzarella, parsley, and garlic.
- Cut the Italian bread in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the inside to create a cavity.
- Fill each half with the shrimp and cheese mixture.
- Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, unwrap, and slice into individual servings. Enjoy!
Notes
Best enjoyed warm with marinara or garlic butter dipping sauce.
