Description
Cool Whip Candy is a fun and easy treat made with creamy Cool Whip, chocolate, and nuts, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, fully thawed
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 16 oz high-quality milk or dark chocolate melting wafers
- 1/4 cup finely chopped roasted peanuts or almonds
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips or shaved chocolate (for topping)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, gently fold powdered sugar into the thawed Cool Whip. Add vanilla if using and fold until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Portion out rounded mounds of the mixture and freeze for 1 hour.
- Melt the chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each frozen dome into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off, and place back on the tray.
- While chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with chopped nuts and mini chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate for 20–25 minutes until chocolate is set. Serve chilled or at cool room temperature.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to a week in the refrigerator or freeze for longer storage. Separate layers with parchment paper when freezing.
