Description

Cool Whip Candy is a fun and easy treat made with creamy Cool Whip, chocolate, and nuts, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, fully thawed
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 16 oz high-quality milk or dark chocolate melting wafers
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped roasted peanuts or almonds
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips or shaved chocolate (for topping)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, gently fold powdered sugar into the thawed Cool Whip. Add vanilla if using and fold until smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Portion out rounded mounds of the mixture and freeze for 1 hour.
  3. Melt the chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl.
  4. Dip each frozen dome into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off, and place back on the tray.
  5. While chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with chopped nuts and mini chocolate chips.
  6. Refrigerate for 20–25 minutes until chocolate is set. Serve chilled or at cool room temperature.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to a week in the refrigerator or freeze for longer storage. Separate layers with parchment paper when freezing.
