Delightful no-bake parfait pops made with creamy whipped filling, crunchy cookies, and a hint of coffee liqueur, perfect for hot days or gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup Kahlua coffee liqueur
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreos)
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup whipped topping (optional, for garnish)
- Popsicle molds
- Wooden popsicle sticks
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, pour in the heavy whipping cream and whip on medium speed until soft peaks form (2-3 minutes).
- Add sweetened condensed milk, Kahlua, and vanilla extract; gently fold until combined.
- Add crushed chocolate cookies and mini chocolate chips; fold them in gently.
- Prepare popsicle molds by ensuring they are clean, then spoon the mixture until three-quarters full.
- Insert wooden popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
- To remove, run warm water over the mold for a few seconds, then gently pull on the sticks.
- Serve with a dollop of whipped topping if desired.
Notes
Ensure the heavy whipping cream is cold for better whipping. Adjust Kahlua for personal taste.
