Description

Delightful no-bake parfait pops made with creamy whipped filling, crunchy cookies, and a hint of coffee liqueur, perfect for hot days or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup Kahlua coffee liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreos)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup whipped topping (optional, for garnish)
  • Popsicle molds
  • Wooden popsicle sticks


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, pour in the heavy whipping cream and whip on medium speed until soft peaks form (2-3 minutes).
  2. Add sweetened condensed milk, Kahlua, and vanilla extract; gently fold until combined.
  3. Add crushed chocolate cookies and mini chocolate chips; fold them in gently.
  4. Prepare popsicle molds by ensuring they are clean, then spoon the mixture until three-quarters full.
  5. Insert wooden popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.
  6. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
  7. To remove, run warm water over the mold for a few seconds, then gently pull on the sticks.
  8. Serve with a dollop of whipped topping if desired.

Notes

Ensure the heavy whipping cream is cold for better whipping. Adjust Kahlua for personal taste.
