Description

Delicious and crunchy pretzel sticks coated in a sweet cinnamon sugar mixture, perfect for snacking or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (12 ounces) thick pretzel sticks
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted and slightly cooled
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl on medium-low heat, then allow it to cool slightly.
  3. Separate the egg white from the yolk. Whisk the egg white and vanilla into the cooled butter, and set aside.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon until evenly mixed.
  5. Place the pretzel sticks in a one-gallon zip-top bag. Pour the butter mixture over them, then gently shake and mix to coat the pretzels evenly.
  6. Add the cinnamon sugar mixture to the bag and shake gently to coat the pretzels thoroughly.
  7. Spread the coated pretzels in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  8. Remove the pretzels from the oven and stir immediately to prevent sticking. Let them cool completely before serving.
