Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • Herbs (e.g., parsley, basil)
  • Dried fruit (e.g., cranberries, apricots)
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crackers or crusty bread for serving


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, and grated Parmesan.
  2. Mix in the chopped herbs, dried fruit, and pine nuts. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Form the cheese mixture into a log shape and wrap it in plastic wrap.
