Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 1/2 to 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 20 ounces frozen mixed vegetables (corn, peas, and carrots)
- 11.36 ounces Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, shredded chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, chicken stock, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Prepare the biscuit mix according to the package instructions, then spoon it over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the biscuit topping is golden brown and cooked through.
