Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 1/2 to 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 20 ounces frozen mixed vegetables (corn, peas, and carrots)
  • 11.36 ounces Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, shredded chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, chicken stock, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Prepare the biscuit mix according to the package instructions, then spoon it over the chicken mixture.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the biscuit topping is golden brown and cooked through.
