Description

A hearty casserole featuring tater tots, chicken, and bacon, all topped with ranch dressing and cheese. Perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 32 oz frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, chopped bacon, ranch dressing, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a greased casserole dish, spread half of the frozen tater tots on the bottom.
  4. Layer the chicken mixture over the tater tots, then top with the remaining tater tots.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, add more tater tots or breadcrumbs before baking. Can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
