A quick and delicious one-pan dinner combining the flavors of pizza with cheese tortellini, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb cheese tortellini
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Italian seasoning to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Stir in pepperoni slices and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cheese tortellini and marinara sauce, stirring to combine.
- Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook until tortellini are tender, about 7-10 minutes.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top, cover again, and let the cheese melt, about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve warm with Italian seasoning if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped vegetables or red pepper flakes. Can be made vegetarian by using plant-based meat alternatives.
