Description

Delicious and crispy bites made from mashed potatoes and cheese, perfect as a snack or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups mashed potatoes (cold or room temperature)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, eggs, chopped chives, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small puffs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
