Ingredients
- 1 lb linguine pasta
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and slice.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheeses until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked linguine to the sauce, tossing to coat.
- Add the sliced chicken on top and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For more flavor, marinate the chicken in the Cajun seasoning for a few hours before cooking. Adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
