Description

A delightful pasta dish with juicy chicken, rich cheesy sauce, and a kick of Cajun spices, perfect for family dinners and cozy nights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb linguine pasta
  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheeses until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked linguine to the sauce, tossing to coat.
  6. Add the sliced chicken on top and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For more flavor, marinate the chicken in the Cajun seasoning for a few hours before cooking. Adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
