Description

A delightful dish combining creamy goodness with a spicy kick, featuring tender chicken breasts in a rich cheese sauce served over linguine pasta.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb linguine pasta
  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheeses until melted and smooth.
  4. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat in the cheese sauce.
  5. Top with sliced chicken and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, marinate the chicken in Cajun seasoning for a few hours before cooking. Use freshly grated cheese for a creamier sauce.
