A creamy and spicy dish featuring linguine pasta, tender chicken, and a rich Alfredo sauce, topped with Cajun spices.
Ingredients
- 1 lb linguine pasta
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the linguine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream. Stir in the mozzarella, Parmesan, and cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked linguine to the cheese sauce, stirring until well coated.
- Slice the chicken and place it on top of the pasta.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and additional Cajun seasoning if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of milk or cream to restore creaminess.
