Description

A creamy and spicy dish featuring linguine pasta, tender chicken, and a rich Alfredo sauce, topped with Cajun spices.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb linguine pasta
  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream. Stir in the mozzarella, Parmesan, and cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Add the cooked linguine to the cheese sauce, stirring until well coated.
  5. Slice the chicken and place it on top of the pasta.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and additional Cajun seasoning if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of milk or cream to restore creaminess.
