Description

A comforting casserole that combines hearty beef, cheesy goodness, and ramen noodles for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 packages of ramen noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large pot, combine the ramen noodles (discarding the seasoning packets), cream of mushroom soup, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix in the cooked ground beef and optional mixed vegetables.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
