Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 packages of ramen noodles
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a large pot, combine the ramen noodles (discarding the seasoning packets), cream of mushroom soup, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in the cooked ground beef and optional mixed vegetables.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
