A fun and tasty dish that combines classic cheeseburger flavors with ramen noodles, making it cheesy and hearty for family meals or gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 packs beef-flavored ramen noodles (seasoning packets reserved)
- 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the meat is browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, then drain the noodles.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked beef mixture, cooked ramen noodles, reserved seasoning packets, cheddar cheese soup, cream cheese, sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Add ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
This dish can be served on its own or with a simple green salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
