Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounces linguine or spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and keep warm.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté garlic for about a minute until fragrant.
- Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning and cook in the skillet for 3–4 minutes until pink and cooked through.
- Add lemon juice and the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat.
- Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
