Description

A delicious and creamy pasta dish featuring Cajun-seasoned salmon, perfect for a hearty dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Coat the salmon fillets with Cajun seasoning on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the salmon for 4–5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove the salmon and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic for about a minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions, then drain.
  7. Toss the pasta in the Alfredo sauce until well coated.
  8. Flake the salmon into large pieces and gently fold it into the pasta and sauce.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the Cajun seasoning for 30 minutes before cooking. Adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to suit your spice preference.
