Ingredients
- Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Asparagus spears
- Caesar dressing
- Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Garlic powder
- Lemon wedges
Instructions
- Pat dry each chicken breast and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil shimmers, lay chicken breasts in and cook each side about three to four minutes.
- Take the skillet off the heat and pour Caesar dressing over each piece, ensuring all surfaces are covered.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the chicken.
- Nestle asparagus spears around the chicken in the skillet and sprinkle with garlic powder and more cheese if desired.
- Transfer the skillet uncovered into your preheated oven and cook for about twenty minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and asparagus is tender.
- Once done, pull from the oven and finish each serving with a squeeze of lemon. Serve hot.
Notes
Use fresh asparagus for the best texture and flavor. Add more Parmesan cheese for a richer taste.
