A delightful one-pan dish combining tender chicken breasts with fresh asparagus and classic Caesar flavors, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Asparagus spears
  • Caesar dressing
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Lemon wedges


Instructions

  1. Pat dry each chicken breast and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Once the oil shimmers, lay chicken breasts in and cook each side about three to four minutes.
  4. Take the skillet off the heat and pour Caesar dressing over each piece, ensuring all surfaces are covered.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the chicken.
  6. Nestle asparagus spears around the chicken in the skillet and sprinkle with garlic powder and more cheese if desired.
  7. Transfer the skillet uncovered into your preheated oven and cook for about twenty minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and asparagus is tender.
  8. Once done, pull from the oven and finish each serving with a squeeze of lemon. Serve hot.

Notes

Use fresh asparagus for the best texture and flavor. Add more Parmesan cheese for a richer taste.
