Description

Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Shells combine classic stuffed pasta with a spicy and creamy buffalo chicken mixture, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 12 Jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups Cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Green onions, sliced
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Fill each pasta shell with the chicken mixture.
  5. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and arrange the stuffed shells in a single layer.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and sliced green onions on top.
  7. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Serve hot.

Notes

Cook pasta shells al dente to avoid them becoming too soft when baking. Adjust buffalo sauce for spice preference.
