Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pie crust
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the brownie mix following the box instructions.
- Pour the brownie batter into the unbaked pie crust.
- In a bowl, mix the pecans, corn syrup, sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the pecan mixture over the brownie batter.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until set in the middle.
- Let cool before serving.
