Ingredients
- 1 (19.8 oz) box brownie mix
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a medium bowl, combine the dry brownie mix, flour, oil, eggs, and water. Stir until a thick, uniform dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the edges look set and the centers are just beginning to firm up.
- Let the cookies rest on the baking sheet for 3–5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Best enjoyed warm. Serve with vanilla ice cream or drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce for an extra treat.
