Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix the brownie mix, water, oil, and 2 eggs until combined. Pour half of this brownie batter into the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add the 2 eggs and cocoa powder, mixing until just combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer in the pan and pour the remaining brownie batter on top.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing and enjoy your chewy, moist brownie cheesecake!
