Description

Brownie Cheesecake is a delicious dessert that combines rich chocolate brownies with a creamy cheesecake filling, perfect for special occasions or satisfying your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the brownie mix, water, oil, and 2 eggs until combined. Pour half of this brownie batter into the prepared pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add the 2 eggs and cocoa powder, mixing until just combined.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer in the pan and pour the remaining brownie batter on top.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool before slicing and enjoy your chewy, moist brownie cheesecake!
