Ingredients
- 1-2 pounds lamb chops
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for frying
- Optional: Fresh parsley, dried herbs, lemon wedges
Instructions
- Pat the lamb chops dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, another with beaten egg, and the third with breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and garlic.
- Dredge each chop in flour, dip in egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the lamb chops.
- Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked to desired doneness.
- Drain excess oil on a paper towel-lined plate and let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serving with lemon juice adds a refreshing touch. Allow leftovers to cool and store in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
