Ingredients
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups roasted peanuts (or preferred nuts like pecans or almonds)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine maple syrup, granulated sugar, light corn syrup, and unsalted butter.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Once boiling, add in baking soda and vanilla extract.
- Stir until well combined.
- Add the roasted peanuts and stir until evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture onto a greased baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
- Allow to cool and set before cutting into pieces.
