Description

A delicious and creamy dip perfect for gatherings, made with cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and diced tomatoes with green chilies.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and chopped green onions.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.

Notes

Best served chilled. Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. Stir before serving if stored.
