Description

Delightful bite-sized treats filled with blueberry goodness and wrapped in fluffy biscuit dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits (8 count)
  • 1/4 cup blueberry jam
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Flatten each biscuit using your hands or a rolling pin.
  3. Place a few teaspoons of blueberry jam and 2–3 fresh blueberries in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  4. Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges to seal tightly.
  5. Dip each pie bomb into the melted butter.
  6. Arrange them on a baking tray.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let them cool slightly before serving. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Notes

Seal the edges of the biscuits tightly to avoid leakage. Experiment with different fruit jams for variety.
