Delightful bite-sized treats filled with blueberry goodness and wrapped in fluffy biscuit dough.
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits (8 count)
- 1/4 cup blueberry jam
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Flatten each biscuit using your hands or a rolling pin.
- Place a few teaspoons of blueberry jam and 2–3 fresh blueberries in the center of each flattened biscuit.
- Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges to seal tightly.
- Dip each pie bomb into the melted butter.
- Arrange them on a baking tray.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
Seal the edges of the biscuits tightly to avoid leakage. Experiment with different fruit jams for variety.
