Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.
- Stir in the milk and melted butter until the mixture is combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Scatter the fresh blueberries evenly over the batter.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the cobbler is golden brown.
